Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga Connect with the serene
beauty of the water as you experience the calm and
meditative practice of SUP Yoga to balance and ground
your energy, enhance your range of motion in the joints,
strengthening core muscles and bring greater
equilibrium to your physical and emotional well being.
Focusing on standing, seated, supine, and prone asanas,
combined with attention to breath. SUP Yoga is gentle,
yet challenging. With a calm state of mind and enlivened
energy, we will complete the practice with a gentle yet
potent sequence to nourish all the major joints and
muscles, resulting in a restorative and rejuvenating
practice.
This class will be a 90 minute session of Yoga
Instruction. It is recommended that you have some
formal introductory instruction such as our Quick Start
to Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP), but is not required.
